We specialize in mid-to-long-term rentals. Our minimum stay is 6 months, and contracts can be extended up to 1 year or more.

Our rooms are reserved for university students, Erasmus students, interns, and young professionals. This helps us maintain a quiet, productive, and like-minded community in every apartment.

To secure a room, you will need to provide:
A valid ID or Passport.
Proof of enrollment (for students) or a work contract/payslip (for professionals).
If you don't have an income, a financial guarantor (e.g., a parent) will be required.

Yes. Once your application is approved and you receive the draft contract, you can confirm your booking by sending the security deposit via bank transfer. We require the transfer receipt within 48 hours to secure the room.

Utilities are charged as a fixed monthly flat-rate for Internet, trash fees, and condominium, plus variable cost ( energy, gas and water ) to share with the other tenants

The security deposit is equal to 2 months' rent. It is held in a secure account and will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 30 days after your move-out date, provided there is no damage to the property, and after I received all bills related to the rental period

To respect the privacy and comfort of your housemates, daytime guests are welcome, but overnight guests are not allowed unless previously agreed upon with the property management and your flatmates.

As these are shared apartments with other tenants, pets are allowed only if the flatmates are agree with that, in order to avoid allergies or co-living issues.

Tenants are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and keeping common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, living room) tidy using a weekly cleaning schedule.

Tip: Since our rooms are in high demand, we recommend applying as early as possible!
2. Schedule a Tour (In-Person or Virtual) 📹
We want you to feel confident about your choice. Once we review your application, we will invite you to a short call. We can arrange an in-person viewing if you are already in the city, or a live video tour (WhatsApp, Zoom, or FaceTime) if you are currently abroad.
3. Sign & Secure Your Booking 📑
If we both agree it’s a perfect match, we will send you the digital draft of the rental contract. To secure the room exclusively for you, you will sign the agreement and send the first month rent via bank transfer.
Note: Your booking is officially locked in as soon as you send us the bank transfer receipt (within 48 hours).
4. Move In & Welcome Home! 🔑
On your move-in date, we will meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys, complete a quick check-in of the room, and show you around the house. You are now ready to enjoy your new city with peace of mind!
