The apartment is located in a strategic area, close to The DUC and Viale Mentana, Borgo Carissimi and Via del Prato, home to several University of Parma departments, including Languages, Psychology, Philosophy, and other Humanities and Social Sciences faculties. The Parma Cathedral (Duomo), the Pilotta Complex, the city center, and the railway station, all within easy walking distance.

The apartment is featured brand-new furniture. It consists of:

• 3 bedrooms

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Shared bathroom

Monthly rent:

• €410 (for a minimum stay of 12 months)

• €30 condominium/building fees

Not included: utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet and trash fees ), to be shared among the tenants.

Please note: For stays of less than 12 months, the monthly rent will be slightly higher.

For 6 months 460 € - as shorter-term leases involve greater management costs and reduced long-term stability.
